Introduction
Apto Maritime (Aptomar) is a technology company with strong ties to the Norwegian University of science and Technology, NTNU. The company was founded by the three entrepreneurs Jonas Aamodt Moræus, Håkon Skjelten and Lars Andre Solberg, the spring of 2005. They all have backgrounds from NTNU, with a master degree in Engineering Cybernetics.
Aptomar work closely together with companies and institutions that take a national and international initial and responsibility to ensure the safety of individuals and the environment. Together we have developed the SECurus system. By combining dynamic positioning technology, with advanced camera technology and searchlight functionality, a new level of marine HSE is introduced to a safety critical field of activity.
